I cannot access my account
Check that you are using the email address or mobile number registered with Ombambi. Request a new verification code and check your spam or blocked-message settings.
I want to delete my account data
Use our account deletion instructions. Do not send your password or verification code with the request.
The app is offline
Ombambi is designed to let you create and edit local records without a signal. Cloud synchronization and connected features require a supported connection and an eligible Pro entitlement.
I need help with beta testing
For iOS, install TestFlight and accept the Ombambi invitation when it is available. Android beta access is provided through Google Play.
I have a subscription question
